Figs can be eaten fresh or dried. It is mainly used in jam making and fruit salads. The fresh fig tastes like a mix of peach and strawberries. Figs are highly alkaline and contain a powerful healing agent. It reduces body heat. You can eat dried figs to ease constipation.

Fig Lemonade


Ingredients :
  • 4-5 Ripe Fresh Figs
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • sugar - according to your need
  • water

Fig Lemonade


Method :
  • Remove the skin of figs and cut the fruit into two halves. Blend it in a juicer adding enough water.
  • Strain the juice and add lemon juice. Mix well and add 4-5 tsp sugar. Keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled.
