| Mint-Coriander Chutney (Green Chutney) |
Ingredients :
- 2 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup chopped coriander
- 1/4 cup curd (yogurt)
- 1 tbsp sliced onion
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
Method :
- Blend all the ingredients except salt in a mixer till smooth. Add salt to it and mix well. You can adjust the amount of curd according to your choice.
- Serve it as dip to kabab, tikka or other grilled recipes.
