Mint-Coriander Chutney (Green Chutney)

Ingredients :
  • 2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup curd (yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp sliced onion
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt to taste

Method :
  • Blend all the ingredients except salt in a mixer till smooth. Add salt to it and mix well. You can adjust the amount of curd according to your choice.
  • Serve it as dip to kabab, tikka or other grilled recipes.

  4. This green chutney sounds absolutely incredibly good. I will find a way to make it fit into one of my menus (I'll charm my husband into trying it :-)). I love real Indian food, and am very glad I found this blog.
